Cancellations
Any order that is canceled after 24 hours is subject to a re-stocking fee of up to 25%.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary. We do not guarantee any delivery times. This is because we are dependent on outside delivery agents such as UPS who do not guarantee their delivery schedules.
Items in Stock
Usually, in-stock orders will ship within the same business day, whether you are on the west coast or the east coast of the continental US. Orders shipped to Alaska & Hawaii may take longer. International orders may take longer.
Items not in Stock
If an item is not scheduled for delivery within 10 days of your order, we will attempt to notify you of the backorder status. If we cannot get in contact with you, we will decide on a case-by-case basis whether to schedule delivery or wait for approval of the lead-time.
Alternative Payment Options
Although we provide guaranteed order security, Technical Specialties, Inc. understands if some customers would prefer not to use their credit cards online. That's why our sales personnel are available to personally handle your credit card transactions by phone at (800) 395-3369, Monday through Friday from 8am-4:30pm (CST). They can even assist you in making arrangements for check or money order payments using the regular mail

Please note that pricing on the web may vary from if you where to call in an speak to a customer service representative. Web pricing is based off of a customer ordering the specified material thought the online store with out the assistance of a customer service rep. Pricing may or may not be the same if you call Technical Specialties Inc to place the order. Exceptions are possible but that decision will be left up to customer service representative assisting you.
